About us

Jade Blake​​ 

 

Jade graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 with a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy degree. Jade went straight into private practice to specialise in musculoskeletal Physiotherapy. Following her passion Jade then went on to do a Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Hartpury College allowing her to now work with equine and canine as well as humans.​

 

Jade has a wealth of knowledge for sporting injuries always being heavily involved with elite and amateur athletes alongside her private practice work. Jade has had a heavy involvement with the British Judo athletes, covering at the Centre of Excellence and travelling abroad as well as organising the Physiotherapy team for national events. Jade continues to contract for the English National Ballet (ENB), exposing her to another variety of injuries. Jade is also the medical lead at RGS boys school in High Wycombe for rugby.​From these experiences Jade understands the further stages of rehabilitation and the demands the body undergoes at these top levels, physically and mentally. Jade works closely with local and London based consultants for pre and post-op injuries creating a fully trusting and well communicated environment for the patient.​Jade actively carries out acupuncture treatment having completed her course in 2012 and being an active member if the AACP (Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists). Jade also has a keen interest in Clinical Pilates which she uses alongside her Physiotherapy practice to complete her approach, holding Clinical Pilates classes regularly at RGS high Wycombe and Hedsor Golf Course.

 

Jade herself enjoys being active regularly training in the gym, horse riding and running, completing the London Marathon in 2015 a HYROX in 2022 and the last three Turf Games in 2023 and 2024. Jade also regularly competes on her horse in one day events and show jumping.

 

​Jade is available for Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy led Pilates classes at two different locations: Hedsor Golf Course near Beaconsfield and RGS in High Wycombe.

Alex Proctor 
​ 
Alex holds an MSc in Physiotherapy from Buckinghamshire New University and has over 10 years of experience as a qualified Level 5 clinical and remedial soft tissue and sports therapist. Alex has a wealth of experience in the sports industry, serving as a senior therapist and medic for Rams RFC, Bracknell RFC, Berkshire County, and Ireland Ladies.

Alex also specialises in working with ballerinas, gymnasts, and acrobats, drawing on her previous career in the professional dance industry as a dancer, aerialist choreographer, and teacher. Alongside Jade, Alex also contracts for the English National Ballet enabling her the further understand the demands of the professional athlete and dancer. She is a fully certified Pilates instructor, skilled in all the original Pilates apparatus. Additionally, Alex is in the process of qualifying as a Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach to further support her patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.

In her spare time Alex enjoys walking her dog and horse riding, with a passion for the outdoors.

Alex is available for Physiotherapy and Pilates at Hedsor Golf Course on Mondays and Thursdays.

Amy Price​ 
 

Amy gained her first degree from the University of Chichester in BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy and is currently completing her MSc Physiotherapy degree, due to qualify in August 2026. Alongside her degrees, Amy has gained valuable experience working within high-level sporting environments, developing a strong interest in injury rehabilitation, performance, and athlete care.
 

Amy has worked and continues to work with Rams RFC in Reading, supporting players within a competitive rugby setting and gaining experience managing the physical demands of elite sport. She has also worked with the England Masters Hockey Team, covering the European Championships in 2025, the Home Nations tournament, and the Masters Hockey World Cup in Antwerp. These experiences have allowed Amy to work closely with athletes competing at an international level and further develop her skills in sports injury management and rehabilitation.
 

With a passion for helping individuals return to full performance, Amy enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and sporting injuries. She understands the importance of tailored rehabilitation programmes and supporting patients throughout every stage of recovery.
 

Outside of work, Amy enjoys CrossFit, playing hockey, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
 

Amy is currently available on Fridays and Saturdays and will be available Monday, Wednesday and Fridays from August at Beaconsfield Physio.

Katie Doody

Katie initially joined the team to help with bookings and administration. She is very over qualified for the role so you will be in excellent hands and she will be able to offer you any help and advice from the clinical side too.

 

Katie is available for Online/ Virtual appointments Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Katie has a wealth of experience and has worked with many different consultants and sports teams over the years. Katie will be able to help you with a diagnosis, advice and education following up the appointment with sending across an exercise program online to be able to help you with you aches and pains. Virtual Physiotherapy/ Online Physiotherapy is a fantastic service if you are like many others these days being strapped for time or tied down with children and not able to get to an appointment face to face. Even more conveniently you are able to access Katie from anywhere in the world.

BSc General and Sports Rehabilitation - Middlesex University 2011

Level 3 Sports Massage - IOS

 

Background:

- Worked in the field since 2011

- Worked with Philadelphia University as a Sports Rehabilitation Trainer across multiple sports including: lacrosse, basketball, baseball and tennis.

- Worked with GB athletics in multiple warm weather camps around the world.

- For 8 years worked as head of rehabilitation at Shaftesbury Harriers.
